Cousins Day at the Zoo!

Friday evening, the kids and I went to Kevin and Kristin's house for Kristin's Tupperware party.  The kids had fun playing with Kennedy, Kaden, and Lance, while I shopped for tupperware.
Saturday morning Owen and Avari had a t-ball game.  After the game, we woke Alvin up, so that we could meet the Schipps, the Joneses, and Brooke and Lily, grab some food, and head to the Louisville Zoo.  The Hemps, and the Schroerings met us there.  We spent the rest of the afternoon exploring the zoo.
Aubrey, Owen, Avari, Kenley, Lily, and Adi playing with the water ball.
Easton was ready to see some animals!

After the zoo, we all went back to Barbara and Wes's house.  They just bought a new one, and none of us had seen it yet.  It's a pretty house.  We ordered pizzas and enjoyed more of each other's company, while the kids played.  Deb and Joe also came down, so we were able to visit with them too.
We also got hit by a hail storm while we were down there!  What's really sad is that we didn't know anything major was coming until Katie sent us a text!!  That's right, our sister, who lives in Virginia, sent us a text to warn us that a storm might be heading our way.  We turned on the T.V. to find out a storm the was producing up to gold ball sized hail was about three minutes from the Hemp house.  Luckily, we were able to get most of our vehicles under cover, and the ones the stayed out, didn't really have any damage.  It hailed for at least 10-15 minutes!  That's the first time I have ever seen anything like that.  Once it past, we decided to pack up and head home before it stormed again.
It was fun to spend the day with cousins though.
Yep...that is hail!

Sunday, after church, the boys went to the farm, while Avari and I went to Walmart, and a few other stores. On our way back, we stopped by the farm to pick Easton up.  I ended up picking Easton up and dropping Avari off because she wanted to stay with Owen and Alvin.  Easton and I went home, so I could unpack the groceries, and feed him, while Alvin and the kids finished up at the farm.  We spent the rest of the night at home.
