Birthday Parties

We had another busy weekend!  Friday, the kids and I went to the Schipp house for cheese pizza and breadsticks.  Owen had wanted pizza and breadsticks from Homestead since Wednesday night, so I told him that we could get it on Friday!
Saturday morning, Owen had his bitty basketball game.  He played Alec's (his 2nd cousin) team, so my Aunt Janie and Uncle Melvin were there.  It was nice seeing them.  Kevin, Kristin, and Kennedy also came to watch Owen.  Well, Kevin and Kristin tried to watch, but Kennedy thought that there were more interesting things to check out. :)  She is only 1,so who can blame her.  It's hard to get the 3 & 4 years old to stay interested in the game and they're playing!  It was nice that they could make it.  Saturday evening, we had two birthday parties.  First, we went to Emma's 1st birthday party!  She is my cousin's, Lisa, little girl.  Afterwards, we went to Nick Healy's 30th birthday party.  Both parties were a lot of fun, and the kids had fun playing with all their little cousins and friends.  It was also nice seeing some friends that we don't get to see very often.
Sunday we went to church, and then spent the all day at home.
It was a fun weekend, but as always, it went by way too fast.
Happy 1st Birthday Emma!!
She was nice enough to share her cake with the kids.
Here she is sharing with Owen, Gavin, & Adi.
Avari even got to try some!
Owen and Adi wearing Alvin's mud boots
What a nice big brother...sharing his ice cream cone with his little sister!
Too bad he didn't have much choice!  If he didn't give her any she tried to take it from him...she was going to get some one way or another! :)
