Sunday was a very busy done for out family. Avari and I went to a my friend, Kristin Hasenour-Christmas's baby shower in the morning. It was a nice shower, that included a big reveal! Her and her husband, Adam (aka Mobe) found out the sex of their baby about a month ago, but kept it a secret from everyone, except immediate family, until the shower. When we walked into the shower, the baby's name was spelled out in block letters, and an "It's A BOY!!" sign was hanging up. Michael Ray Christmas will be arriving around Dec. 27!! With the last name "Christmas", it only makes sense that he would be born around Christmas! Lol It was a really neat way to announce the sex of your baby.
After the shower, Avari and I met the boys at home. We changed our clothes, and all of us headed to Holiday World, for Alvin's company picnic. Since, Kevin works there now, we met him and Kennedy there. With Kristin being due with baby #3, on Oct. 7, she chose to stay home with Kaden. I don't blame her either. The kids had a lot of fun riding the rides together.
Owen was also suppose to have soccer on Sunday, but since it didn't start until 12:00, and was just a practice, he we let him decide whether or not the wanted to go. He decided to skip it, so we were able to go to Holiday World earlier.
