On Monday night, February 13, Ann and Duane become parents to an adorable baby boy! Bryce Allan Metz was 7lb 11oz and 21-1/2" long! Everything went great, and everyone is doing well. Since Alvin had to work at night, he went over to meet his new nephew/godchild in the afternoon. The kids and I went over in the evening. We are so glad that everything went so smoothly for them, and can't wait to watch Bryce grow with the rest of his cousins!

Owen was suppose to have his Valentine's Day party at school on Tuesday, but instead he had a snow day. St. Henry Preschool follows Southeast Dubois's school schedule, so when they had a 2-hour delay on Valentine's Day, preschool was cancelled. Owen was a little disappointed about not getting to have his party, but he got over it pretty quickly.
