Happy 4th Birthday Owen!!

I can't believe our little man turned FOUR on Sunday!!!  I honestly don't know where the last four years have gone, but they have definitely been full of fun and excitement!!  I can't believe how fast kids grow up, and how much they learn in four short years!  Owen surprises us every day with all the different things he can do.  Now that he has started preschool, I'm sure it will only get better!  I look forward to continue watching him grow and learn all types of new things.  I just which time would slow down a little, so they wouldn't grow up quite so fast!

Friday evening, some of Owen's friends (and their parents) came over for a birthday party.  Owen was so excited, and all the kids had a lot of fun playing together.  They also enjoyed hitting the Spider-man pinata, we got for Owen.  It was a pinata where you pull the strings, and until one of them pulls open that bottom of it and the candy falls out.  Well, all the kids wanted to hit it with the bat, so we let them do that first.  They all really enjoyed it, and I think the parents enjoyed watching them try to hit it. :)

Saturday afternoon/evening we went to Alvin's cousin's wedding.  It was a really nice wedding, and everyone seemed to have a good time.  Congratulations Ben and Sara Betz!!

Sunday afternoon, we had Owen's Spider-man themed birthday party with our families.  Everyone seemed to have a good time.  Owen and Avari had a lot of fun playing with all their cousins!  Owen also enjoys playing with all his new toys!  Now we just have to figure out where we are going to put all of them!  :)

Owen must have really enjoys his birthday because he told me that he wants to have a birthday every day! I'm sure that will change when he gets older! haha  A big thanks to everyone who was able to celebrate Owen's birthday with him!  I know he really appreciated it!
